How can I handle this lady.

I was fortunate to attend a class that contained 2 other local investors that I now communicate with often, one is an Investor that got burned in the market crash and looking to make a comeback and the other is a very energetic young lady with a lot of great ideas in her investing business.

I stuck a 'for sale' sign in the yard for a couple weeks and have a young lady with good credit very interested but her bank won't do a loan until it is in 'move-in' condition.

She's an old lady who's also an artist...inside of house is like a museum.How can I protect myself?

The real estate lady we bought the house from didn't know why these lots were blown off either.

If it is 700 and you've told others or plan to tell others that that, then you may want to tell this lady the same thing as to not trigger any fair housing issues.

The lady told me that they don't keep any list or information.

The lady was a city clerk, I forgot to mention the real challenge is that the land is triangular so it has posed some challenges.
