Looking for options to sell an unfinished 3/2.

Greetings, I have a 3/2 house on 7 acres that is under construction. The plan was to sell another house to generate capitol to finish working on this house, then sell as turn-key. The other house has been for sale for over a year and I am getting ready to take it off the market and start renting it out again. So now I need to figure out what to do with the unfinished 3/2. I believe the house is worth roughly $100k as is. If I put another $40k into it, I could probably finish it and hopefully get around $150k. When I purchased it, the house had extensive termite damage to the undercarriage (crawlspace joists/beams). I have installed new joists/beams next to the old ones but I'm concerned that this may be a red flag for a bank loan appraiser. I stuck a 'for sale' sign in the yard for a couple weeks and have a young lady with good credit very interested but her bank won't do a loan until it is in 'move-in' condition. I was planning on using the profit from this house to start flipping houses and really don't want to carry the financing myself but I'm not sure what other options I have right now.

I look forward to learning from those more experienced than I in this field and would like to thank all who reply for taking the time to help me with this matter.
