Start the eviction process immediately with a lawyer.In the future consider getting a property management company if you don’t know how to screen tenants properly.Even by screening tenants there are no guarantees but something tells me a good screening would have raised red flags ..

I strongly advise you inform him you will allow him out of his lease and you will want to hope he accepts the offer and moves.This will come down to your business or his, one will be forced to give and I guarantee it will not be his.

These are 10 year terms 5+5 means we are guaranteed the first 5 years at the locked in rate and then the next 5 years reset at the FHLB rate plus prime, which of course we don't have a crystal ball, but we predict to be between 7-7.5% fixed.
