Cart before the horse?

I have not created an entity yet, I have the details for it, it simply has not happened. It has not fit into life at this point, no excuses, just hasn’t happened.

A 10 unit property has popped up that could be what I want. Am I totally off my rocker to even be contemplating a property without an entity formed or can we make it all work?

Thanks,

Daniel

It's not necessary but you can get one on LegalZoom very quickly if you want. Other alternatives are to buy in trust and eventually set up an LLC as the beneficiary.

Again, don't make the lack of an entity your reason for not submitting an offer.
