Everything I’ve read or listened to says going to meet ups is the best way to connect and build relationships.

So if you have such an agreement, they should be one making the connection with the off market property owner, even if you find it or hear about it somehow.

I would like to connect with some private lenders to find out what sort of returns you are looking for. 

Looking to connect with agents, loan officers, and investors of course.  

Focus on earning more money over time and going to meetups and connecting with others who are in the same spot.
