Before everyone tells me it's a waste of time and money, let me just tell you that I already know that.

Sometimes floors are uneven because the joists that support the floor underneath are rotted, so you have nothing supporting the load on that area.

Fill all the tubs and sinks and let them go at the same time to check out the waste lines, have someone scope out the sewer line to the street, especially if it's been vacant for a long period of time.  

Most laundromats charge like $2.00 a wash, how often do you do a load of clothes..

In my opinion, any PMI is a waste of your money and should be avoided unless absolutely necessary.

You should have negotiated their financial compensation before you signed any piece of paper and discussed the situation with your attorneys or financial advisers.If all they did was give you a phone number and literally nothing else,you wasted a lot of profit for what you could have done on your own with a little legwork.If the deal isn't concluded yet,try negotiating with them before escrow closes.

Maybe it's my opinion, but it's a waste of time trying to buy from bank before they list it.

The Vacation rental has a lot more laundry and cleaning but makes more money so the question is do you have time for a couple extra loads of laundry and cleaning each week or not.
