On BP, picking a great deal -> rehab it -> either hold or resell it, or do the BRRRR (Buy -> Rehab -> Rent -> Refi -> Rent) strategy, you will love it, people on BP think this is an art, we enjoy the result as much as this process, if you buy a turnkey project, you'll lose half of the joy, also probably a great portion of the profit.
