Basically, I find what’s working already, and then improve upon AND make it unique.

No doubt there are individuals in this and many other RE niches or other industries entirely who will experience an "implosion" but to be so dramatic about an entire industry is nonsense.  

We are in a unique situation and I wanted some advice on getting started with BRRRR.

Do you really think it was because of a special font super unique?

Garden units are interesting and pose somewhat of a unique challenge.

All are great platforms and have their unique features that make them great choices for Real Estate Agents experienced and new.As @Chris Bounds mentioned, it depends on your business.

The Bronx provides unique opportunities if you buy in the right areas.

I've been looking at that once I get a refi done.Also, I should add I understand there's millions of way to accomplish these things and it's more then likely going to be case by case unique to the person/situation.

Big apartment complexes have their own unique needs and the local MLS lease forms are always in 3-point font with convoluted phrasing that's often hard to implement in real landlord/tenant situations.
