Drawbacks are you have to have your utility bills changed to a name of you or your company, and a testing that will cost $400-$600 up front. 

The sample test materials were full of errors.For the Contracts course, the book had obviously been written for all states and was full of generalities.

If they are worth their salt they will test you in some way and continue to test you at some point  so be ready for it.  

Initial test of the screen setup worked great, other than ripping the screen accidentally.

I live in the 5 boros of new york so to say its expensive is an understatement. as a result i want to test sending out a mailer to some lower priced areas in PA about 2 hours outside of where i live. i sent out these mailers with the idea of buying and holding and just getting use to having conversations on the phone with prospective sellers.i sent out 100 letters and received 4 calls.
