The landlord laws on top of the returns and price point just do not make sense when compared to what you'll find in the South East or Midwest.

Taxes are high relative to other areas especially south and west if you are used to analyzing deals in those areas of the USThese factors, especially the utilities set up really mean you have to dig into every property to see how it’s set up.

Hello, I plan on buying a turn key investment property in the Philadelphia/South Jersey area and am wondering if anyone would share their strategy in gauging rental market (interest, price, etc) locally.

It's an older home but located in an up and coming area in South Florida.

Seven miles south of I-90 & Peach on Sharp Rd.

With this plan, if things go South you're still left with all that debt on the cards.

I know many of you may say change brokers, but I live in a small town 35 miles south of Dallas (and there's just not a whole lot around here).
