Don't we live in such a negative and litigious society that we can't even appreciate something that is offered to us for FREE.

It discussed the fact that throughout history there have been a handful of sudden economic paradigm shifts.

What changed my thinking, from trying to learn new things that would conform to society to a peaceful state was being guided to Ecclesiastes 1 through 12.  

However, I recently shifted my thinking towards investing instead of a primary residence.

If there are day and night shift people sharing a bed, offer extra sheets but don't charge double. 

I understand strategy has to shift, which is why I wrote this post to partner with someone to execute. 

One big thing for me was shifting my focus off of having a bunch of units and looking instead to cash flow and equity growth. 

In today's society with the Internet, opportunities are endless.

Its quite sad society is like this, but know that it provides opportunity for those willing to think outside the box and take risks.This is deeply ingrained into them by their parents and society, you are constantly told to be status quo, dont rock the boat, be a wage slave, because its safe and secure and therefore by default if you dont do this exact path, its the opposite, its unsafe, not 100% known so its not secure and is something to fear.
