What are you thoughts on a partnership with 6 members purchasing a 6 unit+ property. Is thos to many partners? Pros and cons?

It's not a one size fits all.

Depending on the size of the park, you may find it difficult to get a bank's attention, so keep that in mind as you consider financing strategies, as small parks can be a challenge to finance.
