One possible idea I had was working a new deal with seller for 50% less than the original deal on the recorded paper and separately give seller cash once I build and sell new home. 

Do not pay him he is a fraud type of guy. he won't teach you the right way of doing it. he will just sell you something you can find online.

You intend to sell the property in 1-2 years.

What they did not realize is that if you want to sell the property after purchasing you first need to perform a quiet action title to clear the title or else the previous owner could potentially come back and attempt to cloud title.

However, they would probably be financially better off selling and using the proceeds to live on.

It is not in my nature to go out and give bad reviews, but I feel obligated to warn people about a group based in SoCal who sell rehabbed and rented properties in Alabama.

I'm looking to sell my furniture to one person instead of 130+ items to 130+ people. 

But I figure if I'm serious about this, I'm going to end up selling it.
