adding compliance to yet another layer of government bureaucracy is not something I would seek, and I question whether reliance on a government program is just another type of entitlement.  

So move quick, if it's not working seek a reduction and if not cancel.

Where do I seek out groups like this, what do I look for, and is there anything I should steer clear of?
