Business cards, Doorknocking, newspaper ads, Magnet sign on your car/truck works.  

MARKET yourself, put ads out on Craigslist, banner signs, business cards, drive for dollars (knock on doors), write letters to vacant property owners, and visit your county public records.  

You are holding the cards.

I went to the Rich Dad workshops and paid for a 3 day training of nothing but sales pitches and how to max out your credit cards.

As what I have read, and don't hold me to it, your regular gross income * 40% - recurring payment (car, utility, rent, average of sum of all credit cards over the last few months) = your mortgage.

You can call yourself anything you want, but your local board of Realtors will have specific rules on advertising, business cards, sings and such.

We just have to see where the cards fall once the politicians get done with it.

Any advertisement where someone sent out a post card that said "Now is the time to sell" could be called into question.

Email and post cards only get you so far.
