If you are interested in scaling, this will make you an excellent project manager.Because of your experience, I would strongly suggest seeking out an experienced investor partner in the area who has access to deals and capital, but may not have the time or desire to be involved in the day to day project managing of multiple flips.

What makes it even worse is that I have been in real estate investing for about 20 years now....just on a small scale, on the side as a sole proprietor, with a rental and have flipped a home, which made a substantial profit.
