Hey Everyone!!!!!!

I wanted to get some advice from the professionals and others on the forums.  I am a young real estate professional with a well paying day job, however, I have a big dream to own residential real estate as my main source of income.  I currently own one two family and want some advice on how to scale with little of my own money to get to achieve my goals.  I have my real estate license and mortgage loan originators license.  But I am looking for more insight.  I am a natural problem solver and would love to help those who can give me advice.

  • What is the right realistic timeframe to make a switch?
  • How many units is enough from a work perspective that will force you to commit to just being a landlord?
  • What is the best funding mechanism besides friends and family to acquire property?
