I think it is a good idea, but haven't had much luck with it.They like the leads I give them, but super tough getting them in return.Like many small vendors they also screw up some of the better leads way too often, trying to make up for a slow week by quoting really ridiculous prices or on busy weeks, not being able to follow up with people who needed help today.Hopefully you do better with this than I have.

Then you have these people read that crap and fall for it and so these dumb ridiculous lead generation strategies stay alive.Do my strategies at your own risk.All I can promise you is that it worked for me, but I am seriously good at what I do, and I have a solid brain fine tuned for thinking, deduction analysis data interpretation ...I have come to notice most people simply are mindless zombies following the one in front of them, and they have never processed a single thought on their own.So if you have the ability to THINK and be smart, I suggest you follow my advise after you thought it over, and tried to find flaws with my strategy and only when you simply can not find any flaws with it, THEN consider doing this.Good luck!

A good cleaning crew is 100% critical for us because we always accept pets; which is a big differentiator.3) I have refunded cleaning fee 2x because the nurses left the place ridiculously clean!

I've looked for a bit but not too in-depth but I know properties out here are ridiculously expensive.I don't mind going to the surrounding areas (NJ or NY state) but I would like it to be accessible to manhattan via Train and a drivable distance.my question is, does anyone have any experience with buying properties in NJ, upstate, Long Island, even maybe eastern PA (big maybe). looking for a good ROI and somewhere not too far from the Boroughs.
