The exception may be if you personally witnessed an abusive event ... and then it would probably have to be physical abuse before most authorities would take any action (policy forces and the judicial system are just starting to understand other forms of abuse {emotional, financial, etc} ).

I will agree with you fully that the fed's money printing policies are troubling to say the least and I am certainly somewhat nervous about interest rates going up, which nearly inevitably will come at some point, likely sooner than later.

I'm not versed in E&O at all, but I think you're asking if you can have a policy with a deductible and another policy that pays the deductible for the first policy.Essentially, policy A pays everything above $X and policy B pays up to $X.Again, not sure how E&O insurers offer policies, but I'm almost positive you're not going to be able to get those 2 policies any cheaper than 1 policy with no deductible.
