They were flexible with blocks for maintenance and staging for the new ones, and one of their maintenance guys even helped me swap out furniture in one of the units.

Now the second one does have some outdoor space that the first one does not have but these two cabins are pretty close to par with each other.

Hi everyone, I just purchased a 2nd home/rental condo a few weeks back and am in the process of fixing it up and bringing in furniture, etc.

All smoking needs to take place in designated outdoor areas.I even have a tenant who smokes inside his rental.

Given I'm targeting students, I realize many will not have furniture.

I will be looking for enough land for multiple groups of cottages, which I have termed as "Villages", an events pavillion with a commercial kitchen for rent, and space for outdoor events. 

Are you hiring a stager or are those your furniture, that you move from house to house?
