We have a situation where my parents & my mom’s three brothers will be inheriting a home in near future.Knowing that my wife and I are very interested in real estate investing and are trying to get started here in Southern California, they have extended an opportunity for us to provide potential creative options for purchasing the property for a win/win deal situation.The home is located in a nice area of Orange County, CA.

Not a friendly environment in Lakeland, however... there is a lot more to Polk County than Lakeland.In addition, there are some great contractors here.You should consider the "OBT corridor" in Northwest Orange county and southern Lake county as well.

I grew up on the Central Coast of CA, made my way down to San Diego and up to the LA/Orange County Area. 

After being in Newark for 4 1/2 years I can see the potential in real estate there, as well as some of the surrounding suburbs (Orange's, Belleville, Union Township, Hillside, etc).

Kind of hoping to stay in the Orange County, Ca area since I work in the area, but as I have been reading this area is slightly difficult.

Orange County and Los Angeles counties are 687,500 currently max loan limit.

I just wanted to invite all the Orange County BP crowd down to check out the house we built in San Clemente.
