Hello everyone,

My name is Leo Lupoli. I am a recent college graduate from UC Irvine. I currently work as a police dispatcher, stressful but oddly fun. I am still fairly young at 23 years. I'm not sure what the typical age everyone starts in real estate around here, but anyone that became interested at a young age, I'd love to hear more about your experiences. I am walking into real estate investing completely blind. I guess my interest comes from just purely browsing the internet and searching for alternative ways to live than a 9-5 type of job. Eventually I came across this website. My interest sparked more and I decided to download the Bigger Pockets Beginner's Guide. I already gave that a read through, but plan on reading it once more, after more research.

I hope to learn as much as I can here from the post here and from many of you veterans. If anyone can give me any advice or offer a mentorship relationship, it would all be greatly appreciated.
