Does anyone have some insight on writing a script to read and memorize?

Hi @Thomas Beard.I was thinling to try this website just for 7 days and see how ot works... but now i'm a little afraid to do it.... could you please give your overall opinion,,,, how worked the site for you?

A local realtor can generate this information by running an MLS report or you can probably find it when your local Real Estate Association website.

With that being said if you guys have any tips for beginners on how to find the homes, generate leads, what websites i could use i would really appreciate it.

BP,     After 2.5 years of studying all things REI through this wonderful website and searching high and low....my wife and I finally purchased and will owner occupy a two family property and can not be more excited. 

They have a form on the website that I have the tenant fill out as part of signing the lease. 

For most it would involve extensive reading of web sites like this and books.

If it's a Bexar County case you can search on the county clerk's website for the case number and then go in person to the clerk's office to get a copy of the petition, the order appointing the ad litem and the order appointing the administrator.
