Is there a mentor-like walk through of a deal either in these forums or any kind of media that covers the hidden details about things such as: filling out agreements, what to get signed, when to get an attorney involved, etc.  

I posted something like this in the media category as well but it should probably be here...I'm in the process of making my website through Wix.com(thanks to Brandon Turner's youtube video) and I've got a page for selling a home, a page about the company and a page about contacting us.

And just as many fake ads trying to build lists because some people have no integrity.

In spite of what most people might think, integrity and reputation are very important in business of any kind.

Also, I am a media guy (audio engineer, video recording and editing, etc). 

I had a hard time finding a company that would work well for me as I'm so heavy on the trust factor - I've been very pleased with the level of integrity in my experience.

They have intake forms for your website and there is even a way to integrate aweber to podio such that leads get automatically loaded to your podio account from the aweber intake form.

Buyers must have the utmost in integrity, doing what they agree to do contractually, because it is too easy to take advantage of sellers who are in difficult situations.
