Craigslist a viable option for finding deals ?
Hello,
I was wondering if anyone uses Craigslist as a viable source to find their wholesaling deals? I'm just starting and I actually have been lucky enough to have a few buyers waiting on me to find them deals and I wanted to know if anyone uses Craigslist to hunt down property and have you been successful with it ?

If you catch them quickly you can find some deals there, but a lot of the more experienced investors are also mining CL for deals as well. I've found a couple potential deals there myself but couldn't move fast enough.
