Dodson Property Management it's pretty good, however they pay their vendors pretty late.MacDoc Property Management is getting better and better in any aspect of their business.Weichert has a pretty good property management in this area as well.First Property Management is a smaller agency and is pretty good as well.

I would definitely go with hiring my own attorney in this situation because of the Dual Agency.  

To achieve this, I have been market involved for 25+ years, 10+ years specific to this speculative potential, knowledge and insight from inside professionals, governmental agencies, a laundry list of data and knowledge and involved entities all making known facts of actions and items that create the market value appreciation.

I can send in an e mail asking for a TRIO and get that back witin 30 minutes.. this will be a copy of the last recorded deed the plat map and the tax page.And then we can order developers packages which are big binders full of all sorts of detail .. utls  demographics  topo  agencies to contact all sorts of different maps etc.. all put together in a nice pretty binder for us.. this usually takes about 48 to 72 hours.. 

Would anyone know of a decent collection agency to use that works in Connecticut?

Would you please advise me which brokerage agency would be best for investor minded individuals in Atlanta, GA.  

I could not get the city to provide me the documentation but kept sending me to contact different agencies in the city government.

Furthermore, many of the agencies offering DPA have tighten the requirements and force you to stay or live for 3 years. just FYI
