Have you done a layout of the building and property on a piece of paper?

Are there any tools here on BP or elsewhere that will lay out the financing from the sellers side? 

What has been the best layout for you? 

Insulation, if needed, is a royal pain depending on floor layout. 

In terms of the condition of the house, it needs total renovation from top to bottom, yet the floor plan layout is already set up for 2 family, thus no structual addition is needed.

How will the purchasing of materials work now that the layout and design of the house is up to my two new team members? 

Approach them with properties in mind, having done all the work already, and lay out exactly what this investment looks like.

Watch out for lease language that imposes a stiff penalty for breaking the lease.Your best approach is to go in with full honesty, lay out your full business plan, and show the potential additional profits a landlord can make.

I was informed by the Health Department in my area that an engineer has to draw up a plan for the septic tank layout in my future MHP.If anyone else has been through this are you able to then develop each lot one at a time while sticking to the approved plan or are you required to install every unit at once?
