With debt investing, you go from the bottom of the food chain, being last to eat and first to starve, to being at the top, the head of the table, at the very least, second in line.

I can't get food services due to parking limitations are there retail categories growing ?

Just some food for thought, sorry if this is too much info, not trying to be the guy that corrects everybody or some sort of "know it all" on here but solar is obviously my wheelhouse. 

Because even though the title of the loan says ARM but when you read the product highlights it states the rate will be locked in for ten years!
