I don't think so, there doesn't appear to be any grounds for a reduction, perhaps the offer amount should have been lower initially if you are concerned about how the numbers look on the dealOverall many people seem to be waiting for drastic reductions in prices due to the pandemic that I don't think will happen.

I’m sure someone can install the unit and the ducts, but if you don’t have insulation then you’re missing part of the point of it. so if you are paying for so much work.. especially a new roof, you might as well make sure that you see insulated ground up. 

Your money will be made in the due diligence phase, which is now, so keep looking at all your options and break things down street by street.

It'll include pages such as deal highlights, the deal analysis, cost of all products down to every dollar, and of course return simplified and detailed.For the lenders, when someone brings you a new deal to invest it, what are numbers/figures/details you need to see to continue to the next phase of the deal, to know if it's even worth your time?

I dont know much about ground up construction of that size, but you will see a bunch of office, mixed use building conversions in the inner ring and even OTR.

It's a great hunting ground for tenants.

I hope everyone is staying safe out there during these unprecedented times.I wanted to ask the community, a rough ball park figure on what it would cost to build an ADU of let's say 500 sq. ft. with one bathroom, kitchen and bedroom, for a structure that is ALREADY existing and what it would cost to build from the ground up. 

Perhaps there is a middle ground where people begin to transition to 1-2 days per week telecommuting.
