there is gas here. could convert....but look at another maybe 50 grand or morein costsmy furnace/system installs average 6 to 8k per unit.but alot of these tenants like electric because ppl is more flexible with payment plansbut...one more reason that its a deal i want to wholesale or pass on

There will also always be consumers who see brokers and agents as a necessary evil and dirt under their shoe.Different strokes for different folks.My commercial business is incredible and the best it has ever been.It's more of a gimmick and teaser on residential to get calls as the article states a fee close to 10 grand on the list side when average houses there are 400k so a 2 grand difference.I think 20 years from now we will still have the same discussion.
