Have the RE attorney on your team prepare the docs.

This young designer and their team also did stagging for SFH sales and had an inventory of furniture that they could "sell" to us at a significant discount.

Is there a generic TEC available to pro members from the Bigger Pockets documents?

I'd like to see if anyone has recommendations on a good team of agents (<$100k purchase price), property managers, and/or a turnkey company. 

Over the past couple of months, I have been building my team, learning, and analyzing deals. 

However, if you feel like you do have some extra time on your hands, you are handy yourself and/or you have some good connections and team members that can do the work for you, doing the BRRRR is a good way to go.
