Back in the day of having a JOB I spent a lot of time on the road so our company librarian would supply me with any audible books I requested.

As for the tenant, if you are supplying window units temporarily, they have no leg to stand on.

I am a farmer, from my perspective farmers are squeezed about as tight as they can withstand before some farms fall and supply/demand equilizes.

The contractor knows hes going to be paid because he can do a Mechanics lean on the property.I would only do this if I was directly paying the supplier and the supplies were delivered straight to the job site.  

my legal record is squeaky clean. the real answer to why i don't get section 8 is probably because i'm very disorganized and erroneously thought it was for people who are officially disabled. i will look into it some more, thanks. another layer to this is that i'm hoping to live in a place where i can work on the vintage furniture that i sell online which rules out public housing and i think that section 8 would add to the reasons that landlords don't usher me in. 

Problem is supply glut is pushing rents back down.

And often I'm finding that the prices are more then going to supply houses on most everything.

I've been just getting started in the whole prospect of real estate investing only a few months now, so I'm very new and ambitious. 22, full time salesman at a furniture and flooring store in Massachusetts but I've only been here for a few months as well so the plan was wait until I've been here at least a year and save up that 3.5% to house hack a duplex in the area.

Basically, I am looking at the following: 1 partner  supplying 1/2 downpayment via cash. 1 partner supplying other 1/2 downpayment via equity from other properties.

I would not furnish long term rentals, so if the owner handles executive leasing, can you buy it and sell all the furniture?
