My favorite resource on the website is setting up keyword alerts for the forum.

Forgive me if this isn't posted in the proper forum, I am still getting familiar with the site.This is the 30,000 ft view of a property I am currently looking at. 

Definitely start posting on your local BP forum in the markets you want to invest.

Curious if anyone on the forums has dealt with buying a condo unit in a building that sits on a ground lease?

If you spend a lot of time on here reading  in the forums and also sometime listening to some of the podcast I feel like you'll hear time and again that people highly recommend  multifamily  over single family .
