I want your take on the idea about being a real estate agent what are the pros and cons of being a real estate agent, as supposed to someone who is not and thinking about investing in rental property any info would be useful from actual real estate agent that works in the field.

In my experience the easiest way to make money and become financially stable is to get educated in a field with a high salary and getting a job.
