I’m dealing w a seller (in a town near Atlanta) who simply won’t owner finance and, unfortunately, none of the local banks (or the few big ones I’ve reached out to thus far) will offer me anything beyond a 15 year mortgage.

Working for someone as intern “for experience” I have not thought of I will reach out in my town and see who would take me on next fall.

I would suggest many other towns in westchester, even Rockland over Portchester any day.

Hi @Charles Kimber,You would need to identify what marketing channel you would like to explore to find motivated sellers.

I know this because I live in this area and its easy notice it just by driving through the towns.
