They may charge some points and will loan anywhere from 70%-100% depending how experienced you are and how much business you have done with them.

I am about to go from the initial research/education phase of my Rehabbing career into the take action phase but want to get some feedback from the experienced folks on here. 

This makes it harder because the more experienced or risky investors are willing to pay up more for a property than you and I.
