New member from Sacramento

This site came up when doing a search for land loans. I found several of the threads useful and decided to join.

My wife and I own our own business in Sacramento. We also own half of the building our office is located it and I'm the property manager for that business park.

Recently my wife and I decided to buy some property outside of Marysville, CA. We have a pretty good amount to put down but needed to finance the balance, which brought me here. We ended up getting a deal through US Bank, so we submitted an offer this weekend. Still waiting to hear back, you know how that is.

But looking through some of the categories it looks like this could be a helpful site. I might post more about our property if the deal goes through as I'm sure I'll have questions.
