Silll, buying a home that you do not enjoy and that does not make sense as an investment will likely be a painful waste of money unless you hope to hit the appreciation jackpot, in which case you're gambling and not investing.

I eventually found one a couple months later, but I enjoyed the process because I learned a lot of bank requirements and what was needed on my end to make their job easier.Another great idea would be to go to your local REIA and ask around to see who other investors in the MFR space are using on their deals.I hope this helps and Best of Luck!

@Ryan HHi Ryan,Watch the Amp Draw of the new fridge compared to what is on the circuit already and the Breaker Amps.If it's older wiring the fridge may not have it's own circuit or it may be too small.just my 2 cents...
