Commercial General Contractor's
Hey guys, first post here. I work for a large development firm here in Milwaukee but am doing my first outside deal. Its a 4 story historic building that is completely vacant. I plan to turn floors 2-4 into apartments, so around 12 units. I have plenty of experience in larger projects (100+ units) and have contacts for those types of projects but do not have someone for smaller personal deals.
Anyone have recommendations for a project like this? I would prefer if they have some sort of Historic Tax Credit knowledge.

Hey @Braden Just,
MK3 Construction handles rental property renovations, not sure about the historical tax credit piece though. You could reach out to them and see?
Otherwise the Brew City REI Group on Facebook has a TON of contractor referrals. You might be looking for something a little higher end than most of the folks on that group, but worht perusing.
Good luck!
