That not may be the most effective way to do it but that's all I knew.I was targetting Absentee Owners, I got my postcards from yellowletters dot com.  1st month I got no response, 2nd month 11 call backs and closed 1 deal.

In either case, connecting with them before you start, finding out what's required, and then doing it is by far the most cost effective way to go, and will be the fastest way to getting a building occupied or to market.

You are creating the recipe for disaster with this.You engage a tenant to rent with the disclosure that it's going to be in foreclosure and mitigate that with a lower market rent, and the possibility (not probability) of cash for keys from the lender when they foreclose?

I should add that one of the tenants took it upon himself to call the painting firm engaged by the condominium corporation and to level these accusations to the owner.
