New investor looking for motivated sellers!

Hello,

I'm new to biggerpockets and am a new real estate investor. I'm very confident in the processes and systems I've learned in order to get where I want to be. Though, I've hit an obstacle. I need to find motivated sellers!

I have a list of a dozen different online list sources that can provide me this information. Unfortunately some of these websites are very pricey, wanting anywhere from 40$ - 600$ per list! Times that by 12 and I've already dug a pretty big hole.

Any advice on finding motivated sellers for cheap or for free!? So far I am aware of using bandit signs, driving through neighborhoods, and going up to the court house and browsing through records. I know of 2 great realtors that I could ask for expired listings also. Any other ideas or advice for finding motivated sellers inexpensively?

Thanks for your time,

Joey Harper
