Here it seems to be around  10% plus fees for ,repairs ,finding a new tenant ,eviction etc...I would  hire someone that you can look up see how their track record is .Their are outfits out there who just want to collect and do nothing some can get too big or just too green .

I am sure you will be paying more after, which will eat into your cash flow even further.
