Does anyone have any good recommendations for insurance companies that will insure both the mobile home park and the mobile homes themselves?

I feel as if I'm not living up to my potential dream of becoming a Full time agent because I'm unable to dedicate 100% to my business.

Then yesterday, while sitting a my desk, minding my own business, doing my low paying (slightly unrewarding) graphic design job, I listened, for the 2nd or 3rd time, to show 246 on buying mobile home parks with Kevin Bupp.

Next is about 5 tenants living in different older motor homes parked in the back yard with a gate they access for in and out (kinda like a make shift free mobile home park!

I know mobile homes will depreciate over time unlike stick built houses but there are people that invest in mobile home parks (Brandon Turner) and have been successful.

When I was 22 I realized how much I was paying in interest with my student loans and decided to get a part time job (3 days/week) on top of my full time and was dedicated all of those funds into my student loan payments.

Since the house needs additional work, I'm researching the idea of maybe knocking down the existing structure and putting an already updated mobile home in it's place (assuming that the city would allow for this).
