I'm asking because I know one property mentioned it "may" have a lien upon it, but the amount wasn't included in the total debt.The property is listed as:The Bank       Plaintiff,vs.Owners Name, Credit Union, department of motor vehicles       defendant(s). 

although i suspect you start popping those signs up everywhere and the planning department may want you to get permits for them.. just like the big sign companies.. are you then quieting title to take full ownership.. or your just not worried no one will redeem these.. or are they actually tax deeds not liens ?
