That depends on several factors like how common Section 8 is, their caseload, COVID, the economy, etc.I stopped accepting Section 8 because the paperwork is ridiculously time-consuming for me as a Landlord with little benefit and the process takes two months.

I'm not sure what the median sale price point is for your area, but DOM tends to go up the higher you go over median list/sale price as there are fewer and fewer qualified buyers for more expensive properties.
