We do have some distressed areas that come with 100-year-old run-down houses and challenging tenants to say the least - you literally hear brokers say "some idiot from CA will buy it".A great market to invest and I will continue to grow my personal portfolio, but don't fall for the cheap deal that looks good on your spreadsheet.

What is stopping two of these good companies from marriage avail seems like a great long term and hospitable seems decent but only if you use only short term and you never enter things on your own into calendars but if you do… don’t switch because all data will be lost just like Hosthub.  

If you have a solid exit you may be able to cash out your initial investment on a DSCR loan to continue to buy more real estate.

If they do not meet the criteria, show a bad history of paying on time, or owe a prior landlord then it doesn't matter how nice they seem - they will continue being who they have been in the past.

How do you get cash back out of the property to continue on to the next one (could you breakdown the math on that)?
