If it is the actual foreclosure auction, not a REO auction, the bank can only collect up the final judgment amount.

I learned from this first one to have the escrow company collect and pay property taxes. 

The HOA is 127.50 a month (lower than most HOA's in this area) and it covers Exterior Mnt of Unit; Roof Repair; Roof Replacement; Blanket Ins Policy; Garbage Collection; Common Area Maint; Street Maint.
