ISO bookkeeper in the SE Portland, Or area who knows Real Estate

Looking for a bookkeeper to help sort through all our LLCs and get us set up on a good tracking system.  We have a good Accountant but I can't stand the loose ends that pile up and want to be more proactive.  I have everything filed and sorted but really want it automated. Hoping to have it be reasonably priced hourly work.  I have found some bookkeepers charging over $60 (not accountants).  Anyway, would love your suggestions...Thank you!

Congrats on having a great problem! 

I've got two recommendations for you to check out. I'm verifying that one is looking for more work-assuming she says yes then I'll definitely give you her info. One downside, she is in Hillsboro, but she does great remote work. In addition to her, I know of a bookkeeper in Woodstock who has worked with a few other realtors who may be what you're looking for.
