I bought my first family home March 2014 for 136,500 I got in some credit card trouble and did refinance-cash out on my home October 2017 so I can catch up on bills.

@Alexander Felice I do have 2 credit cards which are paid off and student loans which are in deferment (so i'm sure it will be counted as 1% as I do not yet have a payment plan), my car is paid off so no other tradeline& we are just now getting out of the upside down phase, the ratio is 80.5Also homes in my are are not particularly expensive, especially for what I am looking for a fixer upper (with mostly cosmetic issues)

The sellers agent was pissed , she didnt want to see a price drop of $75K . ( less money in her pocket ) So when it came time for the apprasal , she missed being there and the appraser had to reschedule , there was an extra charge and I made her pay for it

Congrats on getting this deal Harsh.First things first, you should be talking to your attorney and your CPA for legal and tax advise on how to best structure your deal according to what you agree with your partners.That being said, the structure of a deal can take many different shapes and forms and it will vary according to the type of involvement the partners will have in the deal.Are you in charge of putting together the deal, securing debt, managing the operations?
