The few things that haven't are slowly getting extended before end of day.On the contrary, if a practitioner is slammed or very busy on April 15th I'd be concerned that he/she has poor engagement management and/or time management skills...I'm done with this thread...

We're closing on our first rental next week and going to challenge ourselves by being the property manager.We're going to have the tenant pay thier own water, sewer & trash.What's your experience with the tentents being responsible for it?
